Step 2: Pricing Your Home
With the current market situation, sale price of similar recently sold properties and the pricing strategies, I help you come up with a price that I suggest to list your home at.
Step 3: Marketing
Congratulations, your property is on the market! Now it comes to the most important part – Marketing! You do not need to worry about this part at all. Rest assured that your property will be marketed to both local and international buyers, with a customized and effective digital and social media campaign, high quality print marketing materials, open houses and many more.
Step 4: Showings
My best advice for the showings is keeping your home tidy and clean, being flexible with the showing times and leaving your home during the showings.
Step 5: Offers
Once you receive an offer, there are three possible scenarios; you can accept, decline, or make a counter offer. There is a lot of negotiation happens at this stage of selling, but you are in right hands as I will negotiate the best possible price, conditions, and closing date for you.
There will be closing costs associated with the sale that need to be paid either by or on the closing date. It can include mortgage application fees, inspections, and legal fees. But once that’s taken care of, you can pass your old keys to the new owners. Congrats!
